Next, we’ll get building. Using your philosophy and roles, we'll design your custom review process, down to the cadence, the tools and meaningful reflection questions.
During this step, we'll also design a talent calibration framework that will help you make clear and informed decisions about what happens after reviews, including any pay or role changes.
We’ll program your tool of choice, launch and guide the process, and lead a team training to ensure everyone understands your new system and how it will help them grow. We'll also include a handy guide on writing quality feedback.
As your review process wraps up, we can also facilitate a calibration session to ensure the process is applied expertly and equitably.
