Let’s get to know each other! To kick things off, we’ll thoroughly review everything you have in place, from your existing policies to processes on hiring, onboarding, career growth, and compensation, to how you manage meetings and what tools you use. We’ll dive deep on your values, rituals, and everything else that makes your team unique.

Step 2: 

Build a blueprint

Next, select your wishlist of handbook sections (we have an extensive list of options!). We'll guide you on choosing approaches to each that reflect your stage and values. Not sure how much PTO to offer? Let’s talk about it! No parental leave policy yet? We’ll coach you through the pros and cons of each approach.

Step 3:

Draft and design

We'll bring it all together and craft your fully customized handbook, written in your own brand voice.

Step 4:

Launch and support

Once your handbook is ready for its debut, we’ll support you in crafting the right launch plan to celebrate it, ensuring everyone on the team is briefed on what’s new in the handbook and how to use it.
